Meet Your Baker – Scott Fancy
Scott was born in the Town of Agawam Massachusetts, located in the Southwest part of the state. Scott started his Baking career at the age of 17 and worked his way up to Head Pastry Chef for Cerratos Pastry Shop. Scott then ventured out by Owning & Operating his own Restaurant in Massachusetts and became an Executive Chef for and Italian Restaurant. In his over 25 years of baking and serving divers needs, Scott learned to speak fluent Italian, Spanish, and Russian. He’s a pleasure to speak with in any language and really enjoys is craft.
Earlier in 2012, Scott relocated his family to Central Florida for the weather and to be with Family. Shortly after he joined the Sweet Escape Family. Scott and his wife, Maryann, have been married for 18 years and have one lovely daughter together. Scott enjoys working out at the Gym, cooking for Family & Friends, and tending to his many Fruit Trees. Scott has a great sense of humor and is quick with the quip.

Meet Dan Mullins – Assistant Manager
You’ll frequently find Dan in the Deli making your delicious sandwiches. He’s one of Sweet Escape’s sandwich Artiste and he’s very good at what he does. Dan enjoys discussions with Guests on just about any topic. As a closing Manager, Dan ensures Sweet Escape is buttoned-up, clean, and ready for the next day’s operation.
Dan, a native of Orlando, was born at the same hospital and doctor group as his Mother, Brother, and two Sisters. He moved to St. Louis at age 4 where at a young age he studied Taekwondo, became and still is an excellent Baseball player, and has many lifelong friends. His Baseball team won State tournaments and attend many National tournaments. Dan attended DeSmet Jesuit High School and learned Wrestling and played on the Rugby team. He and his team represented Missouri in a nation Rugby tournament.
Dan attended University of Kansas and is a diehard Jayhawks fan. He watched his Jayhawks in an Orange Bowl game and win a National Basketball Championship. He also attended a Super Bowl in New Orleans. Dan is an accomplished Body Surfer learning on his may trips to Maui, Hawaii. One of Dan’s goals in life is to be successful in business and a leader of people.
